616 GSR2 Gas Insert by Avalon

The 616™ GSR2 is a full-view gas insert designed to fit medium to large fireplaces. It comes fully loaded with features and showcases a fire that is second to none with a big heat output and a glass area of 616 square inches. A traditional hearth look is achieved by having our ceramic glass go almost all the way to the bottom of the unit and hearth. It has 39,000-14,835 BTUs on NG and 39,000-11,872 BTUs on LP, touting up to a 70% turndown ratio. This gas insert converts and existing masonry or metal fireplace into an efficient heater while preserving the charm of a traditional fireplace. The 616 comes fully loaded with accent lights, a 3-stage burner, convection fan and GreenSmart™ remote, all standard.

The GreenSmart Comfort Control™ allows the middle and front burner to operate independently of the rear burner for maximum flame turndown. This lets you comfortably enjoy and be able to use your fireplace year-round.
